- Be compassionate when you receive bouts of insecurities they will question everything until they understand.

4 .Be okay with making alot of decision Overthinkers are plagued by indecisiveness, But once they decide, you can’t change their mind.
5. You need to constantly reassure them that you aren’t going anywhere.
6.Never lie to an overthinker! it will not end well… They will think about it over and over till it makes sense to them. and finally…
Trust an overthinker when they tell you they love you they already thought of every reason not to love you.
